Sophie O'Neill conjured a magical swim in the 50m Breaststroke, travelling 15 meters from her dive (which is more than many senior age group swimmers) which helped her PB with a time of 42.72 (old time 43.57).
The Head Coach's highlight of session 4 was Archie Walsh and Sebastien Barley both smashing their PBs. Archie raced at 49.05, beating his entry time by three seconds.
